Embroidery
Embroidery projects vary in complexity. We will always be transparent about the fees you may see on an invoice.
Digitization Fee
Digitization is the conversion of an image into Embroidey format.
This fee is based on the size and complexity of the image, but usually ranges from $15 – $30. It is charged once per project, not per item.
Digitization will also not be charged on future orders using the same image and dimensions.
Per Stitch Fee
If we are supplying the item(s) to be embroidered, we charge $1.50 per 1,000 stitches.
If you are supplying the item(s) to be embroidered, we charge $2.00 per 1,000 stitches.
Most organization logos are between 6,000 – 15,000 stitches when sized for standard left chest placement. This means you’d likely pay between $10 – $25 for a 4.5 inch logo.
Intricate designs, such as the dog embroidered on this sweatshirt, can reach 120,000+ stitches.

Design Services
Digitization
Digitization is the conversion of an image into Embroidey format. Digitization generally ranges from $15 (for simple, small logos) to $40 (for large, complex logos),
Vectorization
Vectorization is the process of converting an image from standard formats (such as JPG, PNG, or TIFF) to a format that allows us to easily increase or decrease the resolution to fit any size product.
We charge $25 per hour (rouded up to the nearest quarter hour) for image vectorization. The more detail an image contains, the longer it will take to vectorize.
Image/Design Editing
We charge $25 per hour (rounded up to the nearest quarter hour) with a minimum of $25 for any image or design editing.
Image/design editing can include background removal, text additions, modifying colors, etc.

Laser Engraving/Etching
We have two laser engravers, ensuring we have the right tool for the job.
Because lasering projects vary widely in the materials used and design complexity, we aren’t able to provide a cost here.
